Working in the Sell Nothing Program and Innovatee with Kolbe gave me insight into who I am and the type of leader I can be. Each of 360’s programs strives to help the enterprise understand itself so it can help its team, customers, and, ultimately, the business thrive.

How to Sell Nothing with
Joe Pallo

Until you’re ok with Selling Nothing, you won’t sell Anything.

What that means is that we each want so much to sell something that we get attached. But in the process, we lose our connection to the person, the relationship we’ve fought so hard to gain. Until you become unattached from the thing you sell, you’ll miss the opportunity to create the relationship you want.

With the Sell Nothing approach, you create a relationship in which the person will buy anything.

Monthly Community Events

At 360, our monthly cohort meetings offer a unique space for founders to learn, connect, and grow. Each session features a guest speaker who provides valuable insights on topics crucial to entrepreneurial success. After the presentation, participants break out into smaller discussion groups to reflect on core values and how they shape our lives and businesses. These meetings are designed to inspire, educate, and build a strong, supportive community among our founders. Join us to gain new knowledge, share experiences, and connect with like-minded entrepreneurs.
